This is something new to me, so starting off it’ll just be a weekly blog of my experiences. After probably working the “HOTTEST” ambient temperature day in my career of close to 98° degrees/ heat index °112 degrees at a race track during the “Masters of the Pros” event for Speed51 TV at Memphis, TN International Raceway. I’ve been enjoying a nice couple days of R&R with awesome friends in the mountain outskirts of North Carolina. I will be preparing to check off my announcer bucket list I’ve never visited before, this Friday, July 26th & Saturday, July 27th at “The Beast of the East” Richmond Raceway in Kentucky. The DIRTcar Racing Renegades of Dirt National Modified Tour will be making their inaugural visit there this weekend at the 3/8th mile off I-75 in “The Bluegrass State”. I will be on the call which will also be broadcast on FloSports Network at www.FloRacing.com if you can’t be there in attendance. From there it’s back to Concord/Charlotte to host the July 29th edition of #TheMorningBullring on Speed51.com Monday, finally heading back home after a nice 12 days on the road.
